My name is Marylin. I live in Scotland with my man Dean, and my two gorgeous boys Zack (born July ’05) and Max (born Oct ’07) who has various sensory issues and is in the midst of an Autism diagnosis. It’s been hard having to come to terms with the fact that his life most possibly isn’t going to be how I imagined it to be, but just because it’ll be different doesn’t mean it will be any less fun or interesting!
Pure Unadulterated Softthistle is a place for me to just be myself. I get to write about what I want (*usually* the kids!), when I want, at my own pace.
I usually try to update once or twice a week, but sometimes it will be more, and sometimes it may be less. That just depends on what’s going on in my life at the time I suppose, as it does with most of us.
This isn’t my first blog, I have been blogging since November 2007, which feels like a lifetime ago now! I ended up moving over here in Oct of ’09 as I was feeling very cencored on what I could say. My parents read it, nuff said yes?
I love the community that I have found myself in since starting blogging. Having so many other like minded people out there really makes me feel more at ease with myself, which is a nice way to feel.
